The Big "O" Bliss Balls

Who can stop at one, with these Orange flavoured Bliss Balls

So simple to make with 1/2 cup each of the following:

Almond meal

Pecan nut pieces

Dates

Dried figs

Then a few grinds of Himalayan salt

Finely grated zest and juice of 1 orange

2 tablespoons of cacao nibs

 

Blend in a food processor and form into balls.

 

Roll balls in a mixture of cinnamon and desiccated coconut.

 

Keep in fridge
