Sneak Peek

Confidently make decisions, learn effective Problem Solving skills

Problem solving is a process that might be fast or slow, but always requires consideration of facts followed by making then implementing a decision.  When problems are more significant and bad decisions can have far reaching implications, it can be more important to take time to work through a more complex problem solving process.

This course is designed to improve your intuitive ability to problem solve better and faster. There is always a risk of making a bad decision when problem solving; but there can often be a risk of delaying action. Good problem solvers should recognise how they must balance the risk of making slow decisions with the risk of making bad decisions.
