Video/DVD How to properly use both weight machines and free weights (ie. barbells and dumbells). There are two parts to this video: Part 1 (14 mins) provides demonstrations of 10 types of exercises, with a number of variations of some, including clean & press, lunges, flyers, bench presses, hamstring curls and more. Part 2 (16 mins) demonstrates another 10 types of exercises (with variations) including bicep curl, lateral pull down, seated row and abdominal curls.
